Dear Parents,
Your
children have been doing a terrific job reading and recording it in their Read
To Feed booklets. We are continuing to learn about the needs of all
people, especially those in developing countries, and we want the children to
be knowledgeable when asking for sponsors.
So, we'd like to extend the program for two more weeks before writing a
brochure and asking for sponsors.
Children
will continue to read and record through May
3rd. Sharing their
brochures and finding sponsors may be done during the next week. All money
donations should be brought to school by May 13th.
Our
optional visit to the Singapore Leprosy Home will be on May 17th.
More information on this activity will be sent home later in May. Thank
you so much for supporting your children in this wonderful program.
